Jes Style Easy Steak Rice RECIPE #284






Step 1:- Cook rice ( basmati  rice 2 1/2 cups )  and  keep aside.

Step 2:- Cut   Steak    ( 2 1/2  lbs~ 1 1/4 kg  ) into small cubes , and  spread them  on a hot pan and sprinkle  lemon juice ( of a half lemon ) ,  and saute  for 5-8 minutes on medium flame 


(until its color changes as in the pic below ), and keep aside .



Step 3 :-  Add oil ( 1 table spoon ) to the sam e pan and add garlic ( finely chopped 1 1/2 taspoons ) onion ( finely chopped  , 3/4 cup ) , and ginger ( finely choppe d1 1/2 teaspoons )  saute it for 3-4 minutes ON  HIGH FLAME , 



add carrot  (  chopped / cubed , 1/2  cup  ) , saute for 2-3 minutes,  



cabbage   (chopped , 3/4 cup ),  and saute for 1-2 minutes  , and add 



 green pepper    (chopped , 1/2  cup ),  saute for few seconds  , and add 



 green onion / spring onions    (chopped , 3/4 cup ), saute  for few seconds , and  make a well in the middle  and add




 eggs    (2 nos  ) and scramble it  and add 



 step 2 steak  ,




 pepper powder   (2 1/2 teaspoons )  tomato ketchup (2 1/2 teaspoons ) and salt , Combine and add 





 step 1 rice ,  and COMBINE 





Step 4:- Jes Style Easy  Steak Rice  is   ready.................Enjoy  -JA Mathew-
