Jes Special Easy Chicken Teriyaki RECIPE #297






Step 1:- Wash , clean  and cut boneless chicken thighs ( 2 1/2 lbs ~ 1 1/4 kg )  into small 2'' cube sized pieces , and 




 marinate it with  lemon juice  ( 2 tablespoons )  for 20- 30 minuets and keep aside .




Step 2:-    In a Mixing bowl , combine soya sauce ( 1/2 cup  ) , rice vinegar ( 2 table spoons)  , sesame oil  (  1 1/2 table spoons) , mirin (  2-3 table spoons ) . 



 garlic  ( grated , 2 table spoons)  ,  ginger   (   grated , 2 table spoons) , brown sugar  (  3 table spoons )  and salt  , and set aside . 



Step 3:- Heat a pan and add oil (  olive oil  OR any vegetable oil, 2-3 table spoons  ), 



 spread  the step 1 chicken pieces,    and  cook 




until its color changes to a  pale white color as in the pic below , make a well in the middle  and  and  remove the chicken juices ( if its too much ) , 



cook / fry it until chicken pieces  gets brown color  on its surfaces  ( it will take total of 15-20 minutes  )




Step 4 :-  Now add "step 2 sauce "  and  combine , 



and add   spring onion  ( chopped 1/4 cup  )   , 



black  pepper  powder   ( OPTIONAL ,  1 teaspoons ) ,  salt  ( check for the salt and add If needed ) and  add 



step 3 chicken juice  and  cornflour ( 1 teaspoon )  , combine and cook for  another 10-15 minutes on medium flame 



until the " sauce  "become thick ( as in the pic below )  .
