Jes Special Fast food Restaurant Style Fried Chicken RECIPE #290








Step 1:- Soak  boneless chicken thighs  ( 2 lbs/ 1 kg )  in salt  water ( 3 ~1 , 3 table spoons of salt in 1 liter of water) for 20- 30 minutes . Then wash it 'perfectly' and , 




 cut   into  small  3'' sized cubes and keep aside.



Step 2:- In a mixing bowl , combine pepper powder ( 1 1/2 teaspoons) , ginger garlic powder ( 2 teaspoons) , onion powder ( 3 teaspoons ) , kashmiri chilli powder ( 1 teaspoon ) , turmeric powder ( 1 teaspoon ) , fennel seed powder ( 3/4 teaspoon )  , egg( 2 nos )and salt .









 And add curd  ( 1/4 cup) and curry leaves ( finely  chopped , 1/2 cup ) ,combine ,



Step 3:-Marinate step 1 chicken  with  step 2 marinade , 



and add coriander leaves  ( chopped 1/2 cup )  and green chillies ( chopped , 3 nos  ) , combine  and refrigerate it for 30 minutes - 2 hours.



Step 4:- Coat step3 chicken pieces with Italian-  




style breadcrumbs and keep aside 


Step 5:- Heat a pan and add oil ( any vegetable oil, 1-1 1/2 cup ) and heat the oil , and fry the  step 4    marinated  ,coated chicken thigh pieces  ( 7-8 minutes ,on both sides  ) on medium -




flame (until its surfaces get  golden brown in color ) ,




and drain them on a paper towel .
