Hey guys follow me here
STEP 1 :- Cook chicken ( thighs , boneless, 2 nos ) , green beans (I used frozen , 3/4 cup) , and broccoli ( I used frozen , 1/2 cup ) by adding ,
pepper powder ( a pinch, OR add more if your toddler likes spicy !! ) , salt ( 2 pinches ) ,
and water OR chicken broth ( 1/2 cup ) .
STEP 2 :- Grind STEP 1 cooked chicken &vegs , into a coarse paste and transfer them into a mixing bowl and set aside
STEP 3 :- Add egg ( two nos , both yellow and white ), Mozzarella cheese ( grated , 3/4 - 1 cup ) to STEP 2 mixture , and combine and add
bread crumbs ( Italian seasoned , 1 1/4 cup ) , olive oil ( 2 table spoons ) ,
salt and pepper ( 2 pinches ) . Combine and 'shape 'the mixture
into a "oval patties ' OR a " finger 'patties '. Coat them with bread crumbs , and set aside .
STEP 4 :- Heat a frying pan and add oil ( 1/2 cup , ghee/ clarified butter OR canola oil ) , and heat oil . Then add the STEP 3 patties and fry ( until its surface get golden color).
STEP 5 :- Place them on a paper towel to absorb extra oil .
