STEP 1 :- Heat Cooker and add oil ( 2 table spoons , any vegetabel oil OR sesame oil ) ,
add onion ( sliced , 2 medium yellow)
add ginger (julienned , 3 table spoons ) and garlic (julienned, 1/4 cup ) . Saute until the onions become soft and pale .
Add thai kitchen's red curry paste ( 4 oz) , and water ( 1/2 cup ) ,
brown sugar ( 1 table spoons ) , Combine well and saute for 2-3 minutes om medium flame .
STEP 2:- Now add chicken ( cubed , 2 lbs ~ 1 kg )
pepper powder ( 2teaspoons) , coconut milk (Thai kitchen's , unsweetened , ~ 6 oz ) ,
Soy sauce ( 2 teaspoons )
bay leaves ( 3-4 nos ) and salt . Combine well .
STEP 3:- NOW Close the cooker with its lid and cook on HIGH FLAME ( until steams comes through its vent pipe ) . Now put its pressure regualtor and reduce the flame to medium and cook for 8 minutes .
STEP 4 :- Easy One Pot Cooker Thai Red Curry With Chicken is ready and enjoy with basmati rice or jasmine rice !............Enjoy JA - Mathew .
