STEP 1:- Combine ground beef ( 1 lb ) , onion ( finely chopped , 1 medium ) , cilantro ( 1/2 cup ) , mint ( 1/4 cup ) birds eye chilli ( 4-5 nos ) OR green chilli ( 2-3 finely chopped ) , raw papaya ( crushed or paste , 1/4 cup ) ,
paprika ( 3/4 teaspoon) , ginger -garlic powder ( 1 teaspoon teaspoon), onion powder( 2 teaspoons), salt , cumin powder ( 1/2 teaspoon) ,
pepper powder ( 3/4 teaspoon) ,
coriander powder ( 3/ 4 teaspoon) , curd ( greek or plain , 2 tablespoons ), and garlic powder ( 1/2 teaspoon) . And
incorporate all these ingredients well together and allow it to rest for 2-3 hours ( in refrigerator ) .
STEP 3:- Preheat the oven to 375 Degree Farenheit .
STEP 4:- Now divide the whole mixture into 4 equal balls ( as in the pic below )
and thread them on a on a skewer ( as in the pic below ) .
Brush butter on surface .
Bake for 20 minutes .
Now take them out and
turn the kebab to other side and brush butter again on its surface and bake for another 8-10 minutes , ( until kebab gets golden gark color , as in the pic below ) .
