Vegetable Fried Rice RECIPE#127


Vegetable Fried Rice 











                           Step 1:-  Soak 2 cups of Basmati rice for 30 minutes  Cook  the  soaked rice  with  1 3/4 cup of water , 2 teaspoon  of olive oil and salt and keep aside .




                            Step 2:- Heat a wide ( non stick preferred ) pan , add  1-2 table spoon of vegetable oil  . 




                               Step 3:- Add  2-4 finely chopped garlic pieces &  2 '' of ginger root , saute for few seconds .



Step 4:- Add   2-3 chopped  carrots, 1 cup of chopped cabbage  ,  and  1/2 of a large onion( chopped) , Saute until the onion becomes transparent .




Step 5:-  Now add chopped snow peas (10-15 nos) ,   chopped green onion( 1/2 cup - spring onion  )  and salt . Saute  for 2-3 minutes 




                                       Step 6:-   Now add 3 eggs and scramble it  with the vegs  as in the picture .







Step 7:-  Add 2 - 2 1/2 table spoon of soy sauce .






Step 8:-  Add the Cooked rice ( step 1) .


                                           Step 9:- Add   2 teaspoon of Teriyaki sauce .



Step 10:- Add   2-3 teaspoon of Balsamic vinegar / Distilled white vinegar  .

  .

Step 11:- Add 2- 3 teaspoon of  black pepper powder.




Step 12:- Add   few fried cashew nuts  . ''Combine  well ''.




Step 13:- Vegetable Fried Rice is ready.................Enjoy ..... :) :) ........-JA Mathew-
