Step 2:- Heat a pan and add oil ( olive oil 3 teaspoons & sesame oil 1 1/2 teaspoons )
and add onion ( 2 medium sized , sliced ) , saute, and add
ginger ( 4 inch root , sliced ) , garlic ( 5-8 cloves , sliced ) , saute until the onions become transparent , now
add green curry paste ( 4 oz , its available in asian grocery stores ) ,
COMBINE and add
coconut cream ( 14 Oz/ 400 ml ) , combine and cook for 4-5 minutes ,
Now add chicken ( or beef , 2 lb~1 kg, cut into 1 OR 2 inch cubes ) , carrot ( 1 large , long cut ) ,
COMBINE ,
and add broccoli ( i used frozen , 1/2 cup) and kale ( i used frozen chopped , 1/2 cup ) . COMBINE and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame . [FOR CHICKEN BREAST 15 MIN ON MEDIUM AND 10 MINUTES ON 2/ low flame ]
Now add pepper powder ( 2 teaspoons ) , cumin powder ( 3/4 teaspoon ) salt ( as needed ) and brown sugar ( 1 1/2 teaspoons ) . Cook for another 15 minutes on low flame .
