Step 1:-Boil 2 cups of water in a pan . When its about to boil add 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoon of vinegar.

Step 2:- Slide  the egg from the saucepan  to  center of  the pan.

Step 3:- Slow down the heat and cook for 2-4 minutes for runny yellow and 5-7 minutes for thick yellow. Scoop it out  from water with  a slotted spoon.

Round Pizza RECIPE #25


Round Pizza 3
step 1:- Make  the  Pizza dough .

                    I -   Combine   1/2 cup of Luke warm water  add 3/4  teaspoon  of yeast ,  1 teaspoon of sugar and 1/2 table spoon of salt  , and  keep aside to' rise' .

                   II - Make a paste with the  raised yeast' with 1/2 cup of all purpose flour/ maida and keep aside 
                   III - Combine 2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour /atta  and  2 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil  well ,and add the    'mix II', and 1/2 cup of water , knead well until  you get a soft, springy dough.
                   IV- Place the ''dough'' in a bowl and cover it with a warm damp cloth. Place  the'' dough  with warm cloth'' in  warm place ( preferably 78 degree Fahrenheit)   for 1  1/2 hour ( until the dough doubles its size  ) 
                  V-  Knead  again and ''keep it '' for another 1/2 an hour.
Step 2 :- Preheat the  Oven to 450 degree Fahrenheit .
 Step 3:-  Chop vegetables ( I used  Green and red pepper, carrot, Onion , tomato ,mushroom, spring onion and cilantro)  for toppings  and keep aside.

Step 4:- Spread a  ball size of Pizza dough on  a pre greased  round oven proof tava/ griddle    with fingertips .Press the dough to 1/2 inch to 1 inch thickness. Make  enough holes along the surface of the dough with a fork. Brush the top of the dough with  2 table spoon of olive oil. Keep aside  for 10 - 15 minutes
Step 5:-   Spread  3- 4 table spoon of Pizza sauce  over the dough.  Place the toppings ( chopped vegs)  and pepperoni  evenly on the dough.
Step 6:- Sprinkle with  Shredded  Parmesan cheese.

Step 7 :-' Bake' the Pizza  ( in middle rack ) for  10- 14 minutes ( until the the crust is  golden brown in color).

Make  enough holes along the surface of the dough with a fork. Brush the top and sides  of the dough with   olive oil. Keep aside  for 10 - 15 minutes.

Step 5:-   Spread   Pizza sauce  in even layer  over the dough. And  place the toppings ( chopped vegs)  and pepperoni  evenly on the dough.

Easy Chicken Fry RECIPE #23

Easy Chicken Fry

Step 1:- Marinate 4 lb of boneless chicken pieces with 1 1/2 teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder2 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 3 teaspoon of coriander powder, 2 teaspoon of ginger paste , 2 table spoon of lemon juice and salt for 6-8 hours.

Step 2:- Microwave the marinated chicken pieces  with 1/2 cup of water for 12- 15 minutes .

Step 3:-  Heat 5-6 table spoon of vegetable oil in a frying  pan .Shallow fry  both sides of the microwaved chicken pieces  for 5 minutes in medium flame.

Vermicelli Payasam RECIPE #22

Step 1 - Fry 2-3 Table spoon of raisins, 4-5 table spoon of cashew nuts, and 2-3 table spoon of chopped almonds in Ghee and keep aside.
Step 2- Cook the 1/4 cup  Sabudana until it gets transparent. and keep aside
Step 3- Roast 2 cup of vermicelli in 1 teaspoon of ghee in a heavy bottomed pan until the vermicelli turns to brown in color and keep aside. Or use roasted Vermicelli.
Step 4- In the same pan (which  we  used for frying the  vermicelli) , add 5 cups of whole milk ,1- 1 1/2  cup of sugar and allow it to boil,
Step 5:- Bring down the heat  and add the fried vermicelli and Sabudana ( from step 2 ).Continuously stir for 10- 12 minutes in  medium heat until it looks  thick and creamy. Add 1-3 pinch of cardamom powder, and  fried nuts( from step 1).Add more milk if needed..........

Step 1:-  Saute sliced 2 1/2  Red onion ,chopped 2-3  garlic cloveschopped  2''ginger rootfew  curry leaves & 2  green chillies in a pan ( in medium flamewith out oil until its water from onion gets evaporated.

Step 2 :- Now add 3 tbs of vegetable oil and 1 chopped tomato to this and saute until the onion becomes golden brown.Now bring down the heat to LOW and add 1 teaspoon of  Chilli powder3 teaspoon of  coriander powder,  3 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder 3 1/2 garam masala(  mixture of 2-4 anistar, 1-2 cloves, 2-3 cardamom, 2 cinnamon stick,few fennel seeds) ,Saute until its raw taste goes, then add  2 teaspoon of  black pepper powder .

Step 3:-Marinate 5 lb of  beef shot ribs with  salt and onion with Masala ( Step 2 Ingredients) and keep in fridge for 12 hours  ( over night ) .

Step 4:- Bake the marinated   beef ribs  for 40 -5- minutes in 400  degree Fahrenheit . Garnish with cilantro................






Chicken- Snake gourd Thoran RECIPE #20

Step 1: Marinate   2 lbs of ''Chopped''  bone less Chicken with 2 table spoon of turmeric powder and salt  for 1-2 hours.  And keep  aside
Step 2:-Heat  2-3 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a big pan, splutter 2 teaspoon of mustard seeds , add 3-4 dried red chillies ,chopped 2 big onions3-4  tea spoon of Ginger- garlic paste  and  1/2 teaspoon of cumin  seeds saute until onions gets brown in color , and  add  1-2  cardamom , 2-4 cinnamon sticks ,3-4 cloves . And keep aside

Step 3:- Bake  the marinated chicken ( step 1) for 30 minutes in 350 degree Fahrenheit and keep aside .Microwave 2 cups of chopped Snake gourd with salt and 1/4 cup of  water and keep aside.

Step 4:-Grind 1 -1/2 cups of grated coconut,  3 green chilli and 2 garlic pieces .
Step 5:- Add baked chicken and microwaved snake gourd into  Step 2 pan . Add step 3 ingredients   , 2 springs  of curry leaves,  and 1/2 cup of water . Cover the pan and cook it for 15- 20  minutes in medium flame , until all the water has evaporated .
